Introduction To Meditation - 2 Hour Workshop
Are you interested in learning simple and ancient techniques to help you live a life of calm, clarity and joy?
You’ll learn 3 different techniques from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition to create an integrated and sustainable daily practice. We’ll practice together and you’ll be given lifetime access to the recording, as well as extra tools and guidance to support your ongoing journey to wellbeing.
This workshop is open to all, whether you have never meditated before or are a long-term practitioner.

Himalayan Breathwork & Kriya - 2 Hour Workshop
If you’re looking to build your personal practice, enhance your awareness and accelerate your evolution, this is for you!
Learn Himalayan Yog-Vedantic techniques involving Pranayama (breath), Kriya (energy), mantra (sound), asana (movement) and wisdom. The practice is themed each month to enliven specific aspects of self, from deeply meditative to ecstatic.
Program includes a 75 minute journey with Crystal Bowl Sound Immersion and initiation into a Sadhana (personal practice) to follow at home for 21 days
Participants will receive an email with a recording of the practice, plus tools, lifestyle advice, and additional resources for ongoing growth of your body, energy, and consciousness.
No prior breathwork experience is needed. Not recommended during pregnancy or for those with high blood pressure without doctor’s approval.

Sattva Meditation - Weekend Course
Become a self sufficient meditator in 4 sessions, able to take your practice with you anywhere you go. This course includes initiation into your own personal Bija mantra (seed sound), deep wisdom, science and embodiment of the practice, as well as supportive techniques to amplify your experience - leaving you with the tools, knowledge and power to lead a more vibrant life.
The Course:
4x 90 min sessions, in person (Mona Vale) or online via Zoom. Resit course anytime for free. Group meditations, community events and resources

Sattva Meditation - effortless, mantra based transcendence 20 minutes, twice daily with your personal mantra. Breathwork & Kriya initiation. Vedic Wisdom
