Become a self sufficient meditator in 4 sessions, able to take your practice with you anywhere you go. This course includes initiation into your own personal Bija mantra (seed sound), deep wisdom, science and embodiment of the practice, as well as supportive techniques to amplify your experience - leaving you with the tools, knowledge and power to lead a more vibrant life.

Why meditate?

Some of the many benefits of meditation include reduced stress, lower blood pressure, improved sleep quality, improved memory, deeper self awareness, increased emotional intelligence and expanded states of consciousness.

When I began to meditate 5 years ago, I stuck with the practice because of the obvious boost in energy and clarity I felt immediately afterwards - like I’d just slept for hours. My meditations themselves were often far from blissful, full of thoughts and uncomfortable processes. However, I learned from the course that a busy mind is the byproduct of stress release, so that kept me unattached to my experience in the 20 minutes, and more interested in what was starting to happen to me in the other 23 hours in my day.

Over the years, my practice has continuously evolved, deepening my ability to directly access the space of limitless potential and creativity. It is a non-negotiable part of my daily life, and serves as the foundation for all practices and experience. There continues to be no aspect of my life untouched or unimproved by daily meditation, and I’m so deeply honoured to be teaching this life-changing technique.
